Glister toothpaste - number one toothpaste

Glister is  best toothpaste I have ever used. It gives cleaner, whiter and healthier teeth.This allows for effective polishing without excessive abrasion of tooth enamel. It removes various kind of stains like tobacco, tea and coffee, makes your teeth brighter and whiter, prevents cavities and helps to remove Plaque. The cool mint taste of glister toothpaste is liked by kids and adults.


You get the real taste of coffee/tea after a brush with Glister. Glister is gentler on teeth than others. I think the flouride content is very optimal.

Of course,some people feel that price seems to be more at Rs.140/- (MRP) for 100 gm. However, this is not really so when you look into the details. You need to use only 1/3 quantity of the requirement of other pastes as Glister is concentrated (contains less of water). You can wet it underneath the tap to get the required quantity. Thus, one tube of Glister lasts for 2-1/2 to 3 months for a family of 4 @ single use per day.

Not recommended for children below 2 years unless the doctor okays. Also not recommended for people having teeth which are supported only by the tartars. Furthermore, persons having ceramic filling should not use this as the filling gets disturbed.

I would strongly recommend this to anyone to try it out for at least one month with open mind.

The toothpastes in the retail world are mostly based out of chalk powder. To check the quality, rub glister toothpaste between   two fingers and see that its a smooth creamy based paste. Whereas the other paste would dry off indicating that it contains chalk powder.

Product DemoDEMO 1: To Show the incredible concentration of DISH DROPS Dishwashing Liquid.
• Fill drinking glass ½ full of water.
• Place the straw into the glass half-filled with water. Blow into the water to show it is simply water (no suds are generated).
• Remove the cap from the DISH DROPS bottle and pour a small amount into the cap.
• Dip one end of the straw into the cap to show that only less than a drop of product is on the end of the straw.
• Next, place the straw into the water and take a deep breath. Blow into the straw while holding a tray beneath the glass. The bubbles will flow out of the glass and fall down onto the tray. Keep blowing until the tray is filled with bubbles. This creates a pleasing effect with lots of bubbles.

SA8 is a concentrated cloth washing liquid.It is very much economical.I will tell you why is it so!! When we were using other detergents long time back, for washing clothes for a month it will Rs. 100-120 per month.But when we started using SA8, it is only Rs.70-80 per month.Its quality is high and it is economical tooo.So it will decrease the monthly expense of even a common person.

It dissolves dirt and grime easily and doesn’t need heavy scrubbing for stain removal. An unexpected side-effect is that your hands actually become smoother after use .

The one litre bottle costs Rs. 780. But, hey hey there’s a supposed trade off here. The quantity used per wash is not much. Around 5 to 10 ml for a bucket full of clothes which lasts for 100 washes which means 3 months..The comparative cost is more or less the same as a Surf or an Ariel.


I feel the extra cost is justified by the performance. Try washing jeans after a mudbath (during rains) and you’ll know what I am talking about here.

Some tips for use:

Since it doesn’t lather easily, you might want to add half a cap of solution to the bucket first and then let it fill up with running tap water.

Soak really dirty curtains and stuff overnite. Even if you plan to wash it in the machine the next morning.

Avoid the heavy brushing routine -- advise your bai about the same. It’s better to gentle rub the folds of the fabric together. Unless you have a really old dirt patch on a shirt collar, you don’t need to scrub.

Use left over water (from soaking daily wear clothes) to soak dust cloths and rags. Even if the water looks dirty it will still dissolve quite a bit of the grunge from such pieces.

Product DemosStep 1: Take 2 jars filled with water. Pour 1 tsp of leading detergent powder in the jar & 1 tsp of SA 8 Gelzyme with NS in the other.

Step 2: Shake the 2 jars well(approx. 20 times). Hold up the jars & see the difference. The jar which has competitive product, the detergent remains undissolved & there is high suds formation. On the other hand, in the other jar SA 8 Liquid gets properly dissolved with less suds being left.

The International and Indian test results on variety of crops prove the effectiveness of APSA-80 for improving pesticide coverage and performance. It provides more uniform spray deposit on plants; improves coverage of insecticide, herbicide, fungicide and foliar fertilizer sprays while increasing water penetration. It also helps improve performance of post-emergent herbicides, insecticides, and fungicides thorough wetting action.

APSA-80 contains special ingredients-‘Non Ionic Surfactants’ that break down the surface tension of the water. These surfactants work on the surface of the water droplet to reduce its tendency to bead up by pulling the water and the wax on the leaf surface together, reducing the water’s surface tension and causing the water droplet to spread out. When the water used in pesticide sprays spreads out more evenly, the result is much better pesticide coverage. Adding APSA-80 helps insecticides, defoliators and foliar fertilizers to penetrate the surface of the leaf faster and more evenly. which results in to better disease/pest control and thus better yield. With Insecticides, Fungicides, Foliar Fertilizers & Defoliators, prepare the solution as per instructions by the pesticide manufacturer. Wait for 12 hours and then irrigate the land. The above mentioned spray of APSA-80 will remain effective for about 4 weeks. Even if you irrigate the land more than once in these 4 weeks, you will not require to spray APSA-80.  Starting APSA-80 and having healthy soil, your baby plants will have the best chance for having longer roots, and have the best chance to fight off sickness disease and grow strong and healthy into their main growth stage for the application of Nutriplant AG Organic Fertilizer and APSA-80 mixture. Captains winning the toss have invariably decided on bowling first as dew later in the evening often plays a decisive factor. On Saturday, to get a grip on the conditions ahead of their evening tie with New Zealand, England bowlers were seen dipping the ball in a bucket of water before they bowled during warm-up. Struggling to control the amount of dew on the ground has forced the ICC to seek help from India. According to sources, ICC pitches consultant Andy Atkinson called up the Delhi & District Cricket Association (DDCA) for an anti-dew agent which the DDCA has been using since the inaugural IPL in 2008. "Atkinson had seen our curator Venkat Sundaram using the chemical to combat dew which was quite effective. So he called to know if we could send the chemical across to Bangladesh," DDCA president Sneh Bansal confirmed the news to TOI on Sunday. DDCA checked with BCCI chief curator Daljit Singh whether the chemical - APSA 80 -- is certified by the Indian board and is used across all centres in India following which, an official flew to Bangladesh with 60 litres of the de-humidifying product. The unprecedented dew even though summer has already knocking at the door in Bangladesh and the inability to control it has got the ICC bothered. "It is imperative to have the grass cut very small while keeping in mind that the fielders don't get hurt, and make sure moisture doesn't settle for a few days ahead of the matches. The local curators should be learning these things from the ICC curators who are taking care of things there. "The key is not letting any moisture settle in even before using this agent and after spraying it after which soppers and rollers can't be used on the ground," said a source.

When i was detected with thyroid during my second pregnancy, i was devastated as i had seen the repercussions my mother was going through because of hypothyroidism. i was initially advised dosage of 25 mcg of thyronorm and thereby post pregnancy asked to stop for two months to see if thyroid level increases.

Hypothyroidism

The thyroid gland is located in the front of the neck and manufactures two hormones known as thyroxine and triiodothyronine. These hormones regulate cell function and metabolism. B VITAMINS

Concentrates of fruit and vegetables taken as capsules may reduce levels of markers of inflammation, and potentially reduce the risk of chronic disease, suggests a new study.

A micronutrient-dense concentrate of a range of fruit and vegetables including cherry, apple, broccoli, cranberry, orange, pineapple, spinach, and tomato was found to reduce levels of various inflammatory biomarkers by between 16 and 35 per cent, according to findings published in Molecular Nutrition & Food Research.

Chronic inflammation, brought about by an over-expression or lack of control of the normal protective mechanism, has been linked to range of conditions linked to heart disease, osteoporosis, cognitive decline and Alzheimer’s, type-2 diabetes, and arthritis.

“In this study, using a randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled design, of 117 healthy individuals, we showed that a fruit and vegetable concentrate resulted in an elevation in micronutrients (as measured by beta-carotene, vitamin C, and alpha-tocopherol) and reduced systemic inflammatory load,” wrote the researchers.

“Although the long-term implications of these findings are currently unknown, the close relationship between chronic inflammation and poor human health, suggests such a juice concentrate is a beneficial addition to the habitual diet in support of human health,” they added.

Study details

Researchers from the University of South Carolina recruited 117 people with an average age of 35 were randomly assigned to receive capsules containing placebo, or fruit and vegetable juice powder concentrate with or without additional berry powders.

The researchers used the commercial products Juice Plus+ y NSA LLC, and the company also funded the study. The fruit and vegetable juice powder concentrate contained acerola cherry, apple, beet, broccoli, cabbage, carrot, cranberry, kale, orange, peach, papaya, parsley, pineapple, spinach, and tomato, while the added berry powder included bilberry, blackberry, black currant, blueberry, cranberry, Concord grape, elderberry, raspberry and red currant.

After 60 days of consuming the fruit and vegetable capsules, the researchers report a reduction in levels of Monocyte Chemotactic Protein-1 (MCP-1) of about 35 per cent, Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 1-beta (MIP-1b) of about 16 per cent, and Regulated upon Activation, Normal T cell Expressed and Secreted (RANTES) levels of about 21 per cent, compared with placebo.

“These results are consistent with the hypothesis that these concentrates reduce inflammatory load in healthy people,” stated the researchers.
